摘要
对最常见的5种直吹式制粉系统送粉管道的煤粉流量进行实际测量,结果表明,除了采用格栅分配器的直吹式制粉系统外,其余制粉系统送粉管道粉量都存在较大偏差,严重影响了锅炉安全经济运行。对各种制粉系统风粉流动和分配特性进行了分析,并提出了一些减轻或消除直吹式制粉系统送粉管道粉量偏差的建议。
The actual measurement of the pulverized coal flow rate of five most common direct-firing type pulverizing systems is carried out.The results show that, apart from the direct blow pulverizing system with grille distributor, the powder consumption of other pulverizing systems has a large deviation,which seriously affects the safe and economic operation of the boiler.In this paper,the flow and distribution characteristics of pulverized coal in various pulverizing systems were analyzed,and some suggestions for reducing or eliminating the powder deviation of powder feeding pipes in direct-firing pulverizing system were put forward.
