摘要 PET/CT作为一种集功能代谢及解剖形态信息于一身的影像学诊断方法,在疾病良恶性诊断、肿瘤分期与再分期和疗效与预后评价中的应用越来越广泛。目前,甲状腺偶发瘤的发现愈来愈多,引起了临床医师的密切关注。笔者分别就PET/CT检查中发现的局灶性及弥漫性甲状腺偶发瘤的发生率、恶性率、良恶性病变的影像学特征及研究新进展等方面进行综述。 PET/CT is an imaging technique that integrates the functional metabolism and anatomical morphological information. This technology has been widely applied in differentiating malignant and benign tumors, cancer staging and restaging, and monitoring treatment response and prognosis. PET/CT has attracted considerable attention among clinicians because of the increasing number of thyroid incidentalomas. This article presents a review of the incidence, malignant rate, imaging features, and latest development of focal and diffuse thyroid ineidentalomas using PET/CT imaging studies.
