摘要
仪器设备是高等学校开展教学、科研及承担社会服务的必要条件,是培养高层次人才的重要工具,也是学校硬件实力的具体体现。材料学院的公共平台采用通用设备共享模式,实现对外检测分析服务和人才培养。通过对公共平台的共享设备进行指标体系构建,得到装备水平、利用水平、共享水平和人才培养指数水平。对于仪器设备开放共享的现状和实证研究,可加强开放共享、服务创新,提高科研基础设施和仪器设备的使用效益,并为设备采购提出政策性建议,使资源配置合理化,以便更好地为教学、科研服务。
Instruments and equipment is a necessary condition for colleges and universities to carry out teaching,research and social service. It is an important tool for cultivating high-level talents and a concrete manifestation of school hardware strength. The equipment is shared for testing services and personnel training by general purpose equipment of Materials Testing and Analysis Center,school of Materials Science and Engineering in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In this paper,an index system was built to get the level of equipment,the level of use,sharing level and talent training level through a public platform. The open sharing and service innovation can be strengthened,the use of scientific research infrastructure and equipment can be improved,the equipment policy can be recommended and the allocation of resources can be rationalized in order to serve for teaching and scientific research better by study of laboratory resources sharing and performance evaluation in School of Materials Science and Engineering.
