摘要
为适应军队建设和装备发展需求,培养高质量的专业技术人才,装备再制造技术国防科技重点实验室坚持教学科研相结合,鼓励高层次人才承担授课任务,及时系统地将最新研究成果和学科前沿知识引入课堂、融入教材,培养学生的创新意识与创新思维;有效利用重点实验室的资源,在实验教学、毕业论文、创新训练中充分发挥作用,提升学生的实践技能和创新能力。重点实验室经过不断地探索,形成了行之有效的人才培养模式,为我国再制造事业和装备维修保障的发展提供了人才资源。
According to demands of military construction and equipment development,in order to cultivate high-quality professional technique talents,the National Key Laboratory for Remanufacturing persists in the combination of teaching and researching,encourage high-level personnel in the key lab to undertake the teaching tasks,so that the up-date researching achievements and advancing knowledge can be brought into classes and texts to train students’ innovation and creation. Resources in the key lab are taken advantage of experiments,teaching,thesis,innovation training which improve students’ practical skills and creation ability. After constant exploration,the key lab has formed an effective model of talents cultivation,furnishing remanufacturing career and development of equipment maintenance and support of talents.
