摘要
创新驱动发展战略的实施,对高校行政管理专业创新创业型人才培养模式改革提出了新要求。以实践教学基地为载体,推进行政管理专业协同实践育人,具有重要的时代意义。当前,行政管理专业大学生实践教学基地建设相对滞后,基地数量少、容量小,共建形式虚化,协同实践育人面临一些亟待解决的困境。福州大学经济与管理学院公管系在行政管理专业实践教学基地建设方面进行了有益探索,取得了一定成效。在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,树立以生为本的协同实践育人理念,整合实践教学资源,发挥项目驱动作用,打造实践教学基地品牌,规范基地管理制度,加强基地运行质量评价与监控,完善保障体系与激励机制,推进行政管理专业实践教学基地全面协调可持续发展。
As the implementation of innovation driven development strategy,it is essential to reform the training mode of innovative talents of the public administration major in the colleges and universities. It is important to promote synergistic practical education of the public administration majors in the practice bases. Nowadays,the practice bases of the public administration majors await to improve. There are some problems of synergistic practical education,such as few bases,small capacity,formalistic practicing education. The Public Management Department of the Economics and Management College of Fuzhou University has explored to construct practice bases for the public administration students and gained some good performance. In the age of public entrepreneurship and innovation,it is urgent to intensify students first ideals,integrate the practical teaching resources,attach importance to the practical projects,build the practical education bases brands,regulate bases management systems,strengthen evaluation and supervisory control,perfect security system,so as to push forward the practical education of the public administration major.
