破片侵彻钢质靶板实验及仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 破片初速度作为速度衰减规律研究时需考量的重要参数,通常采用工程理论计算和试验测试相结合的方法结合进行。实验中经常采用的实弹爆炸或弹道炮装置驱动方法往往装置复杂、危险性大,成本相对较高。随着计算机仿真技术的发展,数值模拟分析已在爆炸力学领域得到了的广泛应用。采用炸药药柱驱动立方体破片,加装树脂弹托增强破片飞行稳定性,获得破片飞行速度并使用金属线圈网靶进行速度测量。运用AUTODYN仿真软件对炸药爆炸驱动过程及破片侵彻钢质靶板过程进行模拟,经过实验和仿真结果的对比分析,验证了该方法的可行性,对开展破片毁伤研究具有一定的参考意义和应用价值。 The initial velocity of the fragments is an important parameter to be considered in the study of the law of velocity decay,which is usually carried out by means of engineering theory and test. In the experiment,bombs or ballistic guns drive method is often used,but the device is complex and dangerous,and the cost is relatively high. With the development of computer simulation technology,numerical simulation analysis has been widely used in the field of explosive mechanics. The explosive pillar is used to drive cube fragmentation,the 3 D printing made of resin bombs is installed to enhance the stability of the fragmentation in the flight,metal coil net is used to measure the speed.AUTODYN simulation software is used to simulate the explosion process of the explosive and the process of penetrating the steel target. The feasibility of the method is verified by the comparison of the experimental and simulation results.The method has certain reference significance and application to the research of the fragment damage.
