摘要
清洁生产是一种全新、生态型的生产理念,在环境影响评价中发挥出越来越重要的作用。笔者分析了清洁生产理念同环境影响评价的关系,同时阐述了环境影响评价运用清洁生产理念的重要意义。最后,结合多年工作经验,分析了清洁生产理念在环境影响评价中的具体运用,旨在更加科学、系统地发挥清洁生产理念在环境影响评价中的实践效果。
Cleaner production is a new and ecotypic production concept, playing an increasingly important role in environmental impact assessment. The relationship between cleaner production concept and environmental impact assessment is analyzed, and the importance of applying cleaner production concept to environmental impact assessment is expounded. Finally, combined with years of work experience, this paper analyzes the specific application of clean production concept in environmental impact assessment, aiming at making a more scientific and systematic use of the practice effect of clean production concept in environmental impact assessment.
