摘要
目的分析成都市青羊区2009-2011年恶性肿瘤患者生存情况,为肿瘤防控工作提供科学依据。方法对青羊区2009-2011年报告的4 798例新发恶性肿瘤患者进行随访,采用寿命表法计算观察生存率(OSR)和中位生存期。结果青羊区2009-2011年恶性肿瘤发病率为288.19/10万;恶性肿瘤患者5年OSR为32.83%,中位生存期13.27个月;男性5年OSR为27.95%,中位生存期11.22个月;女性5年OSR为39.69%,中位生存期22.63个月;发病前6位恶性肿瘤预后由好到坏依次是女性乳腺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、肝癌,5年OSR分别为61.60%、36.99%、28.22%、22.73%、18.63%和15.47%,中位生存期分别为75.39、22.0、10.67、9.63、9.64和8.54个月。结论青羊区恶性肿瘤患者中,肝癌、肺癌、食管癌、胃癌生存情况较差,女性乳腺癌、结直肠癌的生存情况相对较好;女性恶性肿瘤患者总体生存期高于男性。
Objective To analyze the condition of survivals of malignant tumor patient in Qingyang District of Chengdu from 2009 to 2011,and to provide scientific basis for cancer prevention and control. Methods Total4 798 cases,registered as new cases with malignant tumor from 2009 to 2011 in Qingyang area were followed up. The observed survival rates（ OSR） and the median survival time were calculated by Life table Method.Results The incidence of malignant tumor during 2009-2011 in Qingyang area was 288. 19/105. The 5-year OSR of malignant tumor patients was 32. 83%,the median survival time was 13. 27 months. Male 5-year OSR was 27. 95%,the median survival time was 11. 22 months. Female 5-year OSR was 39. 69%,the median survival time was 22. 63 months. The prognosis from good to bad of the top six malignancies were followed：female breast cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,the 5-year OSR were 61. 60%,36. 99%,28. 22%,22. 73%,18. 63% and 15. 47%,the median survival time were75. 39,22. 0,10. 67, 9. 63,9. 64 and 8. 54 months. Conclusion It is shown from the results that the prognosis of liver cancer,lung cancer,esophageal cancer and gastric cancer survival was poor,while the prognosis of female breast cancer and colorectal cancer survival was relatively better. The overall survival of female was significantly higher than that of male in Qingyang area.
