摘要
培养联合作战指挥人才是当前我军人才队伍建设的重中之重。联合作战指挥人才属于指挥人才的精英群体,需要具备较强的职业能力和指挥素养,需要多措并举、多管齐下的精心培养。在"学习力就是战斗力"的信息时代,继开展院校教育、部队训练实践之后,需要探索完善军事职业教育助力联合作战指挥人才培养的路径,尽快实现"三位一体"的联合作战指挥人才培养格局。
Personnel training for ioint operation commanding is the top priority for constructing talent ream of our army. Joint operation commanding talents, as elite talents of commanding team, must possess strong professional capability and commanding quality, so they need to be elaborately trained by several methods. In the information age of ＂learning ability is fighting capability＂, after carrying out school education and army training, it is necessary to explore and perfect military professional education aiding to promote personnel training for joint operation commanding, for the aim of realizing three professional training methods for joint operation commanding talents integrated as soon as possible.
