摘要
MgAl_2O_4尖晶石(MAS)是一种具有面心立方结构的合成材料。这种稳定的结构使得它具有某些特殊的性能,如高熔点,抗热震性好,耐化学腐蚀等,使得其广泛应用于耐火材料领域。针对MAS的合成温度高、且在合成过程中材料体积膨胀(~8%)而难以烧结等问题,本文重点围绕原料的性能、MAS的低温合成、MAS的低温烧结等方面研究现状进行了综述,并认为降低MAS的合成和烧结温度仍是当前MAS材料研究的重点,也是降低MAS材料生产成本和加快其推广应用的关键。
MgAl2O4 spinel (MAS) is a synthesized material with face - centered cubic structure. This stable structure gives spinel some special properties, such as high melting point, thermal shock resistance and resistance to chemical attack, which makes it be applied widely in refractory material. Aiming at high synthetization temperature of MAS and difficult sintering due to volume expansion ( - 8 % ) in synthetization, this paper summarizes the research status on raw material performance, low - temperature synthesis of MAS, and low - temperature sintering of MAS. It is concluded that reducing synthesis and sintering temperature of MAS still remains the study focus of MAS material, and it is also key to decrease MAS material production cost and to accelerate its application.
