摘要
目的探讨外固定支架分期治疗GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折的临床效果。方法选取奉新第二中医院2016年1—5月收治的GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折患者128例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各64例。对照组患者采用髓内钉法治疗,试验组患者采用外固定支架法进行分期治疗。比较两组患者愈合时间及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者愈合时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外固定支架法分期治疗在GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折中的应用效果明显,其可快速促进疾病康复,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of external fixator stage treatment in treating gustilo type Ⅲof fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods A total of 128 cases of patients with gustilo type Ⅲ of fracture of tibia and fibula were selected from January to May 2016 in Fengxin Second Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,64 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional intramedullary nail,and the experimental group was treated with external fixator. The healing time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group of healing time was shorter than control group,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion External fixator stage treatment has an obviously clinical effect in treating gustilo type Ⅲ of fracture of tibia and fibula,it can fast promoting disease rehabilitation,and with good safety.
