摘要
由于能源信息化在构建智慧城市中起着举足轻重的推动作用,因此提出了基于数据挖掘的能源监管平台。首先,根据城市能源的需求情况,确定能源监管系统的功能以及系统结构;然后对能源监管系统的结构、逻辑应用、物理架构等方面进行了设计,并提出了基于数据挖掘的能源监管模型,用于节能分析;根据设计要求,研发了一套能源监管系统,该系统实现了水、电、气、煤等能源数据的采集监管,数据异常报警、设备故障定位、历史数据报表、根据监测数据进行节能分析等功能。将开发的能源监管系统在福建某城市进行实验测试,验证了本系统的可靠性和有效性。该系统的研发,为实现能源的有效利用、制定科学的能源使用策略提供了可靠的技术保障。
Because energy information plays an important role in building smart cities,this paper proposes an energy regulatory platform based on data mining.Firstly,according to the demand of urban energy,the function of the energy regulatory system and the system structure are determined.Then the structure,logical application and physical structure of the energy regulatory system were designed,and the energy regulatory model based on data mining was proposed for energy conservation analysis.According to design requirements,developed a set of energy regulation system,this system has realized the water,electricity,gas,coal and other energy data acquisition,data exception alarm,equipment fault location,historical data report,according to the monitoring data analysis of energy saving,etc.The development of an energy regulatory system in a city in fujian province has been tested to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the system.The research and development of the system provides reliable technical guarantee for the effective utilization of energy and the development of scientific energy use strategy.
