摘要
LoRa是由Semtech公司提供的超长通信距离、低功耗的物联网解决方案。本文以LoRa无线通信技术为基础,探索LoRa无线通信应用到电力无线抄表的可行性。文中说明了当前国网用电信息采集的主要系统架构以及当前采用的主要技术和不足,介绍了LoRa无线通信的基本原理和技术优势。以用电信息采集系统的相关规范为依据,设计开发了一款LoRa无线通信模块,无线通信模块由ST半导体的低功耗微处理器STM32L031和LoRa射频芯片SX1278构成。文中对模块的主要系统架构和主要设计电路做了详细说明,简述了模块的软件配置和程序工作流程,设计了较为详细的试验过程,对模块的主要射频技术指标、功耗等参数做了测试,使用实际的电能表和电能表协议测试软件,进行实际的抄表测试,在海淀区北清路做了通信距离测试。实验结果表明,模块技术指标、抄表情况达到了设计需求,可以应用在未来的电力无线抄表中。
LoRa is an ultra long communication distance and low power Internet of things solution provided by Semtech.The paper is based on LoRa wireless communication technology.It explores the feasibility of applying LoRa wireless communication to power wireless meter reading.The main system structure,main technology and deficiency of current state power information collection are explained in this paper.The basic principle and technical advantages of LoRa wireless communication are introduced.Based on the specifications of power information collection system,a LoRa wireless communication module is designed and developed.The module is made up of ST's low-power MCU STM32 L031 and LoRa RF chip SX1278.The main system structure and the main design circuit of the module are described in detail.The software configuration and program filow chart of the module are introduced briefly.The detailed experimental process is designed.The RF parameters,power consumption and other parameters are tested.Meter reading test was carried out by using energy meter and energy meter protocol test software.Communiction distance tests were carried out at North Ching road in Haidian District.The experimental results show that both the technical index and the meter reading situation have met the design requirements.The module can be used in future power meter reading.
