摘要
PGM-48钢轨打磨车是铁路钢轨打磨使用专业设备。其主动力是两台康明斯KTA-38型发动机,为整车提供动力,结构复杂,并且一旦出现故障,不能及时撤离打磨线路,势必严重影响行车安全。本文对发动机电气系统的四个部分即电源系统、起动系统、传感及显示系统、报警系统做了介绍,同时对发动机电气系统常见故障做了系统研究,提高了钢轨打磨车的工作效率,确保行车安全,同时对整车的维护和保养打下了坚实的基础。
PGM -48 rail grinding car is a professional equipment for grinding railway rails. Its active power is two Cummins KTA -38 engine, which provides power and complex structure for the whole vehicle, and can not evacuate the grinding line in time once the failure occurs, which will seriously affect the driving safety. This paper introduces the four parts of the engine electrical system, namely, the power supply system, the starting system, the sensing and display system and the alarm system. At the same time, the common malfunction of the engine electrical system is studied systematically. The working efficiency of the rail grinding car is improved and the driving safety is ensured. At the same time, the maintenance and maintenance of the whole vehicle is laid a solid foundation.
