铁路曲线病害原因分析及处理的几点思考

摘要 曲线轨道是铁路线路三大薄弱环节之一,有着不同于直线轨道结构的几何形位。随着铁路向高速重载方向发展,难免会使列车在运行过程中产生过大的离心力和向心力,从而造成内外股钢轨的偏压偏磨,减少钢轨的使用寿命,各种病害层出不穷,提高运营成本,影响列车的运行安全。因此,如何预防处理曲线病害,对提高线路质量、节约运营成本以及保障行车安全具有十分重要意义。 Curve track is one of the three weak links of railway line, and it has geometric shape different from straight track structure. With the development of high speed and heavy load railway, it is unavoidable that the train will produce excessive centrifugal force and centripetal force in the process of running, which causes the bias of the internal and external rail and reduces the service life of the rail. All kinds of diseases emerge in endlessly, improve the operation cost and influence the safety of the train. Therefore, how to prevent and deal with curve diseases is ver- y important for improving line quality , saving operation cost and ensuring driving safety.
