摘要
以石湾特大桥的工程建设为背景,参照桥梁施工方案,制作了单索面矮塔斜拉桥的两阶段试验模型,分别对两阶段桥梁模型在预应力荷载以及预应力和竖向集中荷载共同作用下的受力特性进行了试验研究,分析了主梁的应力分布规律.同时采用空间有限元理论,建立了矮塔斜拉桥的有限元模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,说明本文有限元建模的可靠性.通过试验和理论计算探讨了该桥大悬臂主梁的剪力滞效应.结果表明:两个阶段各工况对应截面的应力分布规律大致相同;主梁跨中附近截面应力比两端截面的分布要均匀;顶板的剪力滞效应明显较底板严重.
Based on the construction project of Shiwan Bridge,the test model of a single cable plane extradosed cable-stay bridge in two stages was made.The stress distributions of the girder in the action of prestressing as well as pre-tressing and vertical concentrating load were studied by tests.Meanwhile,a spatial finite element model for the tested bridge was set up and the calculated results agree well with test results,which validated the reliability of finite element method.Based on the test and theoretical analysis,the shear lag effect of the big cantilever girder was also discussed.Results show that the stress distribution of the corresponding section in two stages was almost same under each working condition,and near mid-span the stress of section is more homogeneous than both end sections but the shear lag effect on the top plate is more obvious than that on the bottom plate.
