摘要
针对铝板斜向裂纹缺陷检测问题,提出了一种非对称斜向曲折型线圈电磁超声导波换能器设计结构。通过毕奥萨伐尔定律建立了曲折型线圈及非对称斜向曲折型线圈的等效力磁模型,分析了电磁超声换能机理中洛伦兹力、磁感应强度与主声束传播特性的关系,实验验证了不同斜向角度的曲折型线圈电磁超声换能器缺陷检测能力。结果表明,斜向曲折型线圈结构电磁超声换能器主声束回波信号呈非对称分布,其主声束方向垂直于换能器线圈工作导线,斜向角度变化可实现电磁超声导波在铝板中的传播方向控制,为铝板中全方位裂纹缺陷检测提供了理论依据与应用基础。
A structure design of electromagnetic ultrasonic guided wave transducer with asymmetrical oblique tortuous coil is proposed to detect crack defect of oblique crack in aluminum sheet. Equivalent force and magnetic model of zigzag coil and asymmetric oblique zigzag coil is established by using the Biot-Savart law. The relationship of the Lorenz force,magnetic induction intensity and propagation characteristics of the main acoustic beam are analyzed in EMAT mechanism. Defect detection performance of zigzag coil electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer with different oblique angle is verified by experiments. Results show that main beam echo signal of electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer with oblique zigzag coil distributes asymmetrically,whose direction is perpendicular to the working wire of transducer coil. Control of propagation direction of electromagnetic ultrasonic guided wave in aluminum plate can be realized through different oblique angles The proposed design can provide theoretical and application foundations for omnidirectional crack defect detection in aluminum plate.
