基于失效率的双重劣化系统订购替换策略 被引量:1

摘要 随着中国制造2025战略的逐步实施,对于产品的安全服役和有效感知变得越来越重要,特别是对于一些高端装备关键系统的劣化失效状态预测和系统备件的有效订购替换是保障安全运行、提升服务质量、降低维修成本的关键。为此,分析了双重劣化系统的特点,提出了一种基于失效率阈值的系统订购替换策略模型,该系统的劣化机理由内部老化和随机退化共同刻画。所提出的策略是当失效率达到某个阈值并且有可用的替换备件时,替换的动作才会触发,该策略采用失效率阈值作为决策变量。基于提出的订购替换策略和可用度阈值约束,存在一个唯一的使期望费用率最小化的最优失效率阈值。最后,用实例验证了所提订购替换策略的有效性,并对关键参数进行了灵敏度分析。 With the gradual implementation of the strategy of China Manufacturing 2025,it is more and more important to ensure the safety of products and effective perception.For the high-end equipment core system deterioration condition prediction and efficient spare ordering and replacement,it is especially crucial to guarantee safe operation,improve service quality and reduce maintenance costs.In this paper,the characteristics of a double deterioration system are analyzed.A failure-rate-threshold-based order and replacement policy model for the system is proposed,whose deterioration mechanism is characterized by both internal aging and stochastic degradation.The proposed policy is that the replacement action is triggered when the failure rate attains a threshold and a spare for replacement is available.The decision variable of the policy is the failure-rate threshold.Based on the proposed policy under availability threshold condition,there is a finite and unique optimum failure-rate threshold which can minimize the expected cost rate.Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed policy and the sensitivity analysis on critical parameters is performed.
