摘要 基于对PC端传输程序到数控机床的作用介绍,分析了数控机床与PC间常见的三种数据传输方法,即R S232传输、CF卡传输和USB传输,并对其各自的传输准备、传输过程和传输中要注意的事项进行了详细的探讨,以期对今后数控机床与PC间数据的传输,特别是USB接口大量使用的情况有一定的借鉴意义。 Based on the introduction of the function of PC terminal transmission program to NC machine tool, this paper analyzes three common data transmission methods between NC machine tool and PC, that is, RS232 transmission CF card transmission and USB transmission, and prepares for their respective transmission. The transmission process and matters needing attention in transmission are discussed in detail in order to provide reference for the data transmission between NC machine tools and PC in the future, especially for the extensive use of USB interface.
