摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法及逻辑推理等研究方法,对武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养进行研究。得出当前武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养在人才培养目标定位、课程体系设置、人才培养组织与实施、学生实践与创新能力培养等方面存在诸多问题。针对其存在的问题,提出以社会需求为导向的人才培养目标定位;依据不同人才类型,分别设置模块化课程体系;加强师资队伍建设,创新教学组织与实施;以实践教学为抓手,创新学生能力培养等策略,为武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养质量提升提供帮助。
By using the literature review, interview and logical reasoning, this paper studies the training of Wushu and traditional national sports professionals. It is concluded that there are many problems in the current training of Wushu and traditional national sports professionals in such aspects as the orientation of personnel training, the establishment of curriculum system, the organization and implementation of personnel training, the cultivation of students’ practice and innovation. In view of its existing problems, this paper puts forward the orientation of personnel training oriented by social needs. According to different types of talents, we set up a modular curriculum system respectively. We should strengthen the construction of teaching staff and innovate teaching organization and implementation, taking practice teaching as a starting point and innovating students ability training and other strategies for the Wushu and ethnic traditional sports professionals to help improve the quality of training.
