乳腺癌患者化疗后不同月经状态与卵巢大小及窦卵泡数关系的研究被引量：1

摘要目的应用经阴道超声评估乳腺癌化疗导致不同月经状态患者的卵巢大小和窦卵泡数变化,为化疗后卵巢早衰的临床诊断提供依据.方法随访≤40岁的52例绝经前乳腺癌化疗患者的月经状态,应用经阴道超声,比较不同月经状态的卵巢大小和窦卵泡数.结果乳腺癌化疗致不同月经状态的患者,月经规律者的卵巢体积和窦卵泡数大于化疗致闭经者(P<0.05),长期闭经者的卵巢体积和窦卵泡数小于闭经后恢复者(P<0.01).结论卵巢体积和窦卵泡数在乳腺癌化疗患者的卵巢功能评估中有重要的意义.
