摘要
2016年国务院加快推进"互联网+政务服务",深入实施信息惠民工程,构建方便快捷、公平普惠、优质高效的政务服务体系,提出要以服务群众为核心,运用大数据等现代信息技术,加快推进部门间信息共享和业务协同,简化群众办事环节、提升政府行政效能、畅通政务服务渠道。近年来,很多地方和部门初步构建互联网政务服务平台,积极开展网上办事,取得了一定成效。
