摘要 设计一种外壳的后端口与散热器的前端密封配合、散热器设于灯室之外、散热器的前端面板与PCB板的后端面焊接相连的LED车灯。相比现有技术将散热器的一部分置于灯室中,整体置于灯室外的散热器具有更高的导热效率,同时LED灯珠靠近灯室的边缘,加快了热量向灯室外传递的速度并且减少了向灯室中心的热量传递,降低LED灯珠的工作温度,延长LED模组的使用寿命至少2倍,减小了车灯工作时灯室中的温度,从而减小车灯在工作和不工作时灯室中的温差,避免灯罩产生结露起雾的现象,提高车灯系统的工作稳定性及可靠性。 In this article, A design of LED lamp is proposed, in which the lamp shell rear port is sealed with the front port of the radiator, the radiator is located outside the lamp, and its front board is connected to the PCB. Comparing to the current technique that locates radiator inside the lamp, radiator outside the lamp can work more efficient. In the mean time, the LED bulb is close to the lamp edge, which speeds up the heat conduction, prohibits heat passing to the lamp center, reduces the working temperature of the LED bulb, and extends the LED module service life for at least 2 times. Also, lower working temperature leads to lower temperature difference, which prevents lamp frog, and thus increases the lighting system stability and reliability.
