摘要
目的:分析12导联动态心电图在无症状心肌缺血(SMI)诊断中的价值。方法:收治疑似SMI患者72例,均行常规心电图与12导联动态心电图检查,以冠状动脉造影(CAG)检测结果作为金标准,分析12导联动态心电图在SMI诊断中的价值。结果:12导联动态心电图检出ST下移340阵次,其中SMI发作所致ST下移82.06%;12导联动态心电图敏感度84.38%、诊断准确度84.72%,高于常规心电图的64.06%、65.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:12导联动态心电图检查可准确检出SMI,对正确给药具有指导性作用。
Objective：To analyze the value of 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram（ECG）in the diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia（SMI）.Methods：72 cases of suspected SMI patients were selected.Routine electrocardiogram and 12 lead electrocardiogram were performed.The value of 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram（CG）in the diagnosis of SMI was analyzed with the results of coronary angiography（CAG）as the gold standard.Results：The ST segment of 12-lead Holter was down 340 times,of which ST segment was down 82.06% due to SMI.The 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram sensitivity 84.38%,the diagnostic accuracy 84.72% was higher than the conventional electrocardiogram of 64.06% and 65.28%,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：12 lead dynamic electrocardiogram can be used to detect SMI accurately,and it has a guiding role for correct administration.
