摘要
目的:探讨硫酸吗啡缓释片联合华蟾素胶囊治疗癌痛的临床疗效。方法:收治癌痛患者240例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗,观察组采用硫酸吗啡缓释片联合华蟾素胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、NRS评分、KPS评分、止痛起效时间、止痛持续时间和硫酸吗啡缓释片日均用量均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:硫酸吗啡缓释片联合华蟾素胶囊治疗癌痛能明显提高患者疼痛治疗效果和生活质量,并且能降低硫酸吗啡缓释片的日均用量。
Objective：To explore the efficacy of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets combined with cinobufotalin capsule in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods：240 patients with cancer pain were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets.The observation group was treated with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets combined with cinobufotalin capsule.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the observation group,the total effective rate,NRS score,KPS score,analgesic onset time,analgesic duration and daily dose of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The application of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets combined with cinobufotalin capsule in the treatment of cancer pain can significantly improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of the patients,and can reduce the daily average dosage of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets.
