摘要
房地产行业是近几十年来最火热的行业,房地产行业的火热推动了房屋建筑工程的发展。在当今社会环境下,人民对房屋质量的要求越来越高,但房屋建筑工程质量问题越来越突出。房屋建筑工程产生质量问题的原因较多,如何提高房屋建筑工程质量,使人民住得安心、用着放心,是当前亟待解决的重要问题。基于此,本文主要探讨房屋建筑工程质量控制原则、控制内容和控制方法,以期为提高房屋质量提供借鉴。
The real estate industry is the hottest industry in recent decades. The hot real estate industry has promoted the development of housing construction projects. In today＇s social environment, people＇s demand for housing quality is higher and higher, but the quality problem of housing construction is becoming more and more prominent. There are many reasons for the quality problems in the building engineering. How to improve the quality of the building engineering and make the people live in peace and ease is an important problem to be solved urgently. Based on this,this paper mainly discussed the quality control principles, control contents and control methods of housing construction, so as to provide reference for improving housing quality.
