中国新时代文化产业人才培养问题及改进策略

摘要 文化产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业已成为反映一国综合实力和衡量其在全球化中竞争力的重要标准。文化产业人才是关系文化产业发展成败的决定性因素。目前,我国文化产业人才队伍存在总量不足、结构失衡,培养缺乏针对性,培养力量单一的问题。把握好社会主要矛盾转变条件下中国特色社会主义新时代的背景,依托政府、高校、文化企业和文化类团体、组织四方面的力量,为我国的文化产业人才队伍培养出优秀的文化创意创造人才、文化产品制作人才、文化市场营销人才、文化市场管理人才和文化价值传承人才,才能为我国文化产业的良好发展提供强有力的人才支撑。 As a sunrise industry in the 21 st century,cultural industry has become an important criterion reflecting the comprehensive strength of a country and measuring its competitiveness in globalization. Talents in the cultural industry are decisive factors in determining the success of cultural industries. At present,the cultural industry in our country is suffering from a shortage of talents in amount and imbalance in structure,lack of pertinence and supporting in training,and a single training force. Under the background of the new era with transforming social conflicts,in cultivating outstanding talents for the sound development of our country's cultural industry in cultural innovation,culture producing,marketing,managing and inheritance of cultural heritage,we can recruit the strengths of the government,universities,cultural companies,and cultural organizations.
