摘要
老庄道家的养生观对于后世道教养生学有着深刻的影响,这一影响尤其体现于内丹学。具体而言,老子"归根复命""复归于道"的养生逻辑构成道教内丹学"逆反成仙"理论的原理基础,成为"炼精化气,炼气化神,练神返虚"以及"结圣胎"型构的滥觞。而老子"致虚守静"、庄子"心斋""坐忘"等心性修养思想对后世内丹学修炼的方法论以及境界论都有非常显著的影响。
Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi’s view of life-nourishing has great influence on later Taoism’s life-nourishing theory,especially on internal alchemy. In particular,Lao Zi’s life-nourishing logic of " life begins from returning to your origin,and then returns to Taoism" becomes the fundamental basis of internal alchemy’s theory " returning and being the immortal",which constitutes the theoretical model of " Training vital essence into Qi,training Qi into mentality,and training mentality back into Taoism" and the model of " giving birth to the Taoist baby". What’s more,Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi’ methods of " getting emptiness and quietness", " feeding the heart",and " forgetting oneself in sitting" also have great influence on the methodology and the realm theory of internal alchemy.
