摘要
为了配置适用于饱和液化砂层中的钻孔灌注桩使用的泥浆,通过对比普通泥浆和PHP泥浆之间的性能差异,结合108国道禹门口黄河大桥主桥桩基施工的特点,根据所选泥浆及使用效果,从原料、制作、效率等方面对PHP泥浆进行研究。结果表明,通过使用PHP泥浆可以有效地提高在饱和液化砂层中钻孔灌注桩的成孔质量,具有极高的应用及推广价值。
In order to prepare the slurry for bored piles in saturated liquefied sand layer,the study of PHP slurry was conducted in aspects of raw materials,preparation and efficiency by combining the difference in performance of the ordinary slurry and PHP slurry with the characteristics of the pile foundation of Yumenkou Yellow River Bridge on National Highway 108.The results indicate that the borehole quality of the bored piles can be effectively improved by using PHP slurry,which suggests it is worthy of promotion.
