压气机平面叶栅叶顶间隙流动研究 被引量:4

摘要 以NACA 65-1810压气机为研究对象,探讨了叶顶间隙对压气机流动特性的影响。在ICEM中建立结构化网格,针对不同叶顶间隙方案采用SST k-ε双方程湍流模型,对压气机流场进行了数值模拟,分析了叶顶间隙对压气机平面叶栅气动性能、泄漏涡流及平面叶栅性能的影响。结果显示,紧密间隙时会出现逆流现象;减小叶顶间隙不仅可以较好地抑制泄漏涡流,而且能够减小压力损失,从而提高平面叶栅的效率,改善压气机平面叶栅的性能。 With NACA 65-1810 gas compressor as the research object, the effect of tip clearance on flow characteristics of the compressor was investigated. The structured grids were built in ICEM and SST k-ε double-equation turbulence model was used to make numerical simulation on the compressor flow field for different tip clearance scheme, and the effect of different tip clearance on the aerodynamic performance, leakage vortex and the performance of linear compressor cascade were analyzed. The results show that back flow will appear in the case of tight clearance; reduction of tip clearance not only can better restrain leakage vortex, but also can reduce the total pressure loss so as to improve the efficiency and performance of the linear compressor cascade.
