摘要 余热锅炉的水汽系统远比燃煤锅炉复杂,国内对运行中余热锅炉的化学清洗还处于探究阶段。探讨了运行中余热锅炉化学清洗时清洗介质的选择原则,通过分析高中低压系统的清洗特点,设计了多系统组合清洗方案,可有效缩短清洗工期,同时还根据清洗方案提出了清洗废液的处理方法。 Water-vapor system of heat recovery steam generator is far more complex than coal burning boiler. Domestic studies on chemical cleaning of heat recovery steam generator are still in exploring. It discusses the selecting principles of cleaning medium in chemical cleaning of heat recovery steam generator in operation. The cleaning characteristics of high,medium and low pressure system are analyzed to designs a combined cleaning proposal for multi-systems. It efficiently shortens the cleaning duration,and put forward disposal approaches to deal with liquid waste according to the cleaning proposals.
