摘要
高校校园文化场域通过吸引注意、传递价值、行为塑造等与大学生互动,对大学生社会化具有重要促进作用。在经济不断发展、价值观多元化冲击、全媒体传播背景下,高校校园文化场域在其生态系统里,面临着挑战和机遇。新形势下,要处理好高校校园文化场域圈层间及内部构型因素的关系,把握好校园文化场域与大学生之间影响互动传递的规律,加强校园文化场域的竞争力和影响力塑造,从而最终促进大学生社会化进程。
The interaction between university campus culture field and university students by attracting attention,conveying value and shaping behavior plays an important role in promoting the socialization of university students.Under the background of the continuous development of economy,the diversification of values and the spread of the whole media,the campus cultural field in universities is facing challenges and opportunities in its ecosystem. Under the new situation,we should deal with the relationship between the inner circle of the campus culture field and the internal configuration factors,grasp the law of interaction between the campus culture field and the university students,strengthen the competitiveness and influence molding of the campus cultural field,and finally promote the process of the university students＇ socialization.
