摘要
为提高农药有效利用率、实现农药减量增效,以辣椒和圆茄为供试植物,分析比较了JFC、农乳500#、亨斯迈2500、朗钛D97等4种表面活性剂对苯醚甲环唑在蔬菜叶片上沉积情况的影响。结果表明,供试的4种表面活性剂均能不同程度地提高苯醚甲环唑在辣椒和圆茄叶片上的最大持留量、耐雨水冲刷能力和渗透性。其中,JFC能显著提高苯醚甲环唑在蔬菜叶片上的最大持留量,添加JFC后苯醚甲环唑在辣椒和圆茄叶片上的最大持留量分别为对照(药液中不添加表面活性剂)的2.09倍和2.54倍;朗钛D97和农乳500#明显提高了苯醚甲环唑的耐雨水冲刷能力,人工模拟降雨后添加朗钛D97的苯醚甲环唑在辣椒叶片上的持留量为原始持留量的86.40%,添加农乳500#的苯醚甲环唑在圆茄叶片上的持留量为原始持留量的92.81%;添加朗钛D97后苯醚甲环唑在2种作物叶片上均表现出较好的渗透性,在辣椒和圆茄叶片上的渗透率分别为47.31%和52.02%。以上研究表明,合理使用JFC可提高农药的利用率、降低农药的使用剂量;在多雨季节施用农药时可以适当添加朗钛D97,增强农药耐雨水冲刷能力和渗透性能,以提高防治效果。
In order to improve the effective utilization rate and achieve reduction and efficiency of pesticides,pepper and eggplant were used as test plants,and the deposition of difenoconazole by using four kinds of surfactants,such as JFC,Nongru 500#,Hensmaid 2500 and Langtai D97,on vegetable leaves was analyzed and compared. The results showed that the four surfactants could increase the maximum retention,the ability of rain resistance and the permeability of the pesticide on the leaves of pepper and eggplant in different degrees. JFC could significantly improve the maximum retention of difenoconazole on the leaves,which was 2. 09 times and 2. 54 times the maximum retention of the control treatment without surfactant in pepper and eggplant leaves respectively; Langtai D97 and Nongru 500 # obviously improved the rain resistance ability of difenoconazole,after simulated rainfall,the retention amount of difenoconazole added Langtai D97 was 86. 40% of the original retention amount on the leaves of pepper,and the retention amount of difenoconazole added Nongru 500 # was 92. 81% of the original retention amount on the leaves of eggplant; Langtai D97 could enhance the permeability of difenoconazole on the leaves of two crops,and the permeability was 47. 31% and 52. 02% respectively in the leaves of pepper and eggplant.The results demonstrate that reasonable use of JFC could improve the utilization rate and decrease the dose of pesticides; Langtai D97 can be added to enhance the rain resistance ability and permeability ofpesticides during rainy season to improve the control effect.
