摘要 以不同含水率下的抗压强度、钢筋粘结力和导热系数为指标,研究了含水率对花岗岩石粉ALC板性能的影响。研究发现石粉ALC板的性能与含水率关系密切,随着含水率的增加,板材的抗压强度和钢筋粘结力逐渐降低,而导热系数持续增加,且含钢筋试件的导热系数增加趋势大于不含钢筋试件。将试验所得数据进行回归分析,拟合出三个指标与含水率的大致关系。通过拟合曲线可以预估ALC板材在含水率不同时的多种性能指标,这不仅有助于生产商合理控制生产,同时也可为现场施工提供数据支持。 In this paper, the effect of water content on the performance of granite powder ALC panels is researchedwith the indicator of compressive strength, adhesion strength of steel rebar and thermal conductivity coefficient indifferent water contents. The research shows that the performance of the granite powder ALC slab has a close rela-tionship with water content. With the increase of water content, the compressive strength and the adhesion strengthare gradually decrease, while the coefficient of thermal conductivity continuously increases, and the coefficient oftest specimen which contains steel rebar is bigger than that of the non-rebar specimen. The data obtained from theexperiment are subjected to regression analysis and the approximate relationship between the three indicators andthe water content is fitted. By fitting curves, it is possible to estimate various performance indexes of ALC panels atdifferent water contents. This not only helps manufacturers to reasonably control production, but also provides datasupport for on-site construction.
