摘要
为提高棉纤维颜色级差和杂质等级检测效率及数据的稳定性和正确性,介绍光电反射法测量棉纤维颜色级差和光电图像法测量棉纤维杂质等级的基本原理,以及LED光学系统电路设计原理,将其设计的双色双杂质棉纤维颜色级差和杂质等级检测系统应用在XJ128A型棉纤维性能快速测试仪测试标准色板和标准杂质板。测试对比结果表明:应用LED光学系统的双色双杂质棉纤维测试系统,能保证数据的稳定性和正确性,比单面测试仪的检测效率提高1倍。
In order to increase the test efficiency and improve the stability and exactitude data for cotton fiber with double chromatic aberration and impurity content,this paper introduces the basic testing principle of the double chromatic aberration and impurity content of cotton fiber by light source reflection and photoelectric image,and the theory of designing the LED optical system.The designed system testing the double chromatic aberration and impurity content of cotton fiber is applied in the testing boards of double chromatic aberration and impurity content on the XJ128 Arapid cotton fiber tester.The actual test results show that the fiber testing system with double chromatic aberration and impurity content using the LED optical system ensures the stability and exactitude testing data,and the testing efficiency is doubled comparing with the single faced product.
