摘要
通过系统梳理我国独立学院形成、发展和相关政策的制定和演进过程,全面了解目前独立学院的建设和发展情况,查找和分析独立学院自身存在的问题和制约其进一步发展的原因,并在此基础上提出了国家和地方行政部门、母体学校、投资方、独立学院四方后续发展中的职责和任务,以此促进独立学院健康发展。
By the systematic combing of the forming and development of Chinese Independent Colleges and the making and evolution of relevant policies,the paper understands all-roundly the construction and development status of Independent Colleges at present,finds and analyzes the problems of Independent Colleges and the factors restraining their further development,puts forward the tasks of the four parts as national and local administration departments,parent schools,investors and Independent Colleges in the follow-up development on this basis,so as to promote the healthy development of Independent Colleges.
