乙腈与甲醇反应选择性合成丙烯腈催化剂制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用两步浸渍法制备了锰镁(MnMg)/二氧化硅(SiO_2)系列催化剂。考察了催化剂对乙腈和甲醇反应选择性合成丙烯腈的催化性能。采用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)以及N2吸附-脱附技术对所制备的样品进行了物相及表面性质的表征分析。结果显示,少量的Mn加入到催化剂中能够促进含Mg物种的分散。物种分散有利于改善催化剂活性。对于Mn_(0.5)Mg/SiO_2催化剂,当反应温度为400℃时,乙腈的转化率为18%,催化剂对丙烯腈的选择性为91%。乙腈与甲醇反应生成丙烯腈为利用Sohio法生产丙烯腈过程中副产物乙腈再次转化为丙烯腈提供了新的途径。 A serials of magnesium-manganese(MnMg)/silicon oxide(SiO2) catalysts were prepared by two step impregnation method.The catalytic performance of the synthesis of acrylonitrile from acetonitrile and methanol was studied using MnMg/SiO2 catalysts.At the same time,the prepared catalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption experiments.The results show that a small amount of Mn added to the catalyst can promote the dispersion of Mg-containing material,which is beneficial to improve catalyst activity.For the Mn(0.5) Mg/SiO2 catalyst,the conversion of acetonitrile is 18% and the selectivity to acrylonitrile is 91%.The reaction of the synthesis of acrylonitrile from acetonitrile and methanol provides a new way to convert acetonitrile to acrylonitrile.
