沼气发酵液对甘薯软腐病病原菌的抑菌机制研究 被引量:16

摘要 甘薯软腐病是甘薯储藏期间由根霉Rhizopusnigricans侵染所引起的病害。沼气发酵液时其有明显的防治作用。用沼液对根霉作抑茵圈试验,其平均抑菌圈直径为2.0cm。一系列实验表明,沼液中抑制根霉的主要抑茵因子是NH;而不是多烯类抗菌素和pH的影响等。 Abstract: The soft root in sweetpotato is a disease that take place in the stored period. This disease is infected by Rhizopus nlgricans. The effct of solution of biogas fermentation on inhibiting Rhizopus nigricans is very obvious. The size of inhibiting cycle is about 2.0 cm. A series of expe- riments in inhibiting Rhizopus nigricans show us that the major factor of inhibiting Rhizopus nigr- ieans in solution of biogas fermentation is NH_4 ion, but not the polyene antibiotics and pH.
