摘要
文章对CRH动车组移动式轮辋轮辐探伤系统的载体及流程进行了优化研究,提出了系统提速及不拆部件探伤设计方案。通过现场的实施应用,该设计方案达到了预期效果,动车组在线轮辋轮辐探伤效率得到了大幅提升。同时,不拆部件探伤从根本上规避了因部件复位安装不到位带来的行车安全隐患。
Optimization and research are made on the carrier and process of the mobile flaw detection system for wheel rims and webs of CRH multiple units.The speed increase of the system and the design scheme of flaw detection without disassembling any part are put forward.The application in field shows that the design scheme reached the predicted effect.The efficiency in flaw detection of wheel rims and webs of multiple units is greatly improved.In the mean time,the flaw detection without disassembling any part prevented the hidden trouble completely in safe operation of multiple units due to resetting or installation of parts being not in place.
