摘要
传动轴是高转速少支承的回转体,因此保证强度的同时减轻质量就显得十分重要。文中采用三维设计软件CATIA V5对某小型商用车传动轴进行了三维建模,然后利用MATLAB优化设计工具箱以搭配最佳的内外径,最后利用CATIA V5CAE模块对传动轴进行了分析。验证了优化设计的可行性,为整车传动系设计提供了参考依据。
The transmission shaft is a rotating body with high speed and less support,light weight and high strength transmission shaft has important influence on vehicle noise control.So it is important to ensure the strength while minimizing the weight of a transmission shaft.This paper designs the shaft in the CATIUA V5,then uses MATLAB to optimize the shaft and get its optimal inside and outside diameter.Static and modal analysis of the transmission shaft is carried out by using CATIA V5 CAE analysis module.The feasibility of the optimization design is verified.The natural frequency and vibration mode of the optimization model are obtained,which provides a reference for the design of the powertrain of the whole vehicle.
