减压蒸馏法用于阴离子表面活性剂测定产生的废氯仿再利用研究

摘要 为实现氯仿的再利用,本文通过旋转蒸发仪减压蒸馏收集56-57℃的馏分,经GB7494-1987亚甲蓝分光光度法和HJ826-2017流动注射分光光度法的一系列实验的检验。结果表明,回收氯仿与新买氯仿的空白值符合分析要求、标准曲线线性关系良好、精密度高和准确度好。加之该回收方法方便简单可行、测定成本低廉、环境污染少,能够收到很好的经济效益和社会效益,故适于推广使用。 Objective: To achieve the reuse of chloroform. Methods The distillate at 56-57°C was collected by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure and tested by a series of experiments including GB7494-1987 methylene blue spectrophotometry and HJ826-2017 fow injection spectrophotometry.Results The blank value of recycled chloroform and new purchased chloroform conformed to the analysis requirements. The calibration curve showed good linearity, high precision, and good accuracy. The recycling method is convenient and simple and feasible. Using this method not only saves expenses, but also reduces environmental pollution, and can receive good economic and social benefts, and is suitable for promotion and use.
