摘要
采用化学方法对预处理后的粉煤灰进行改性,并对模拟配置的含油废水进行处理,以COD、油份为指标分析改性剂对含油废水的处理效果。实验结果表明:经硫酸改性后的粉煤灰除油效果最好;采用单因素实验研究了改性剂浓度、改性时间、灰酸比等因素对除油效率的影响;通过正交实验确定了粉煤灰吸附石油烃的最佳改性条件为:室温,改性剂为1.0mol/L硫酸溶液,搅拌速度315 r/min,搅拌时间30 min,灰酸比1∶5。在该工艺条件下,石油烃的浓度由1167 mg/L下降至2.8 mg/L,除油率为99.76%,达到较好的除油效果。
The chemical method was used to modify the fly ash after pretreatment,the simulated oily water was treated and the treatment effect of the modified agent on the oily wastewater was analyzed by COD and oil content. The experimental results indicated that the best degreasing material of fly ash was sulfuric acid modification. The effects of modifier concentration,modification time and lime ratio on oil removal efficiency were studied by single factor experiment. The best modification conditions for the adsorption of petroleum hydrocarbon in fly ash were determined by orthogonal experiments: room temperature,modified agent was 1. 0 mol/L sulfuric acid solution,stirring speed was 315 r/min,stirring time of 30 min,and lime acid ratio was 1∶5. Under this process,the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon decreased from 1167 mg/L to 2. 8 mg/L,and the oil removal rate was 99. 76%,which achieved a good degreasing effect.
