摘要 高血压脑出血（hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,HICH）是中老年人常见的心脑血管疾病,起病急、病情凶险,继发性脑损害和各种并发症是患者致残率及致死率的主要原因[1]。患者发生脑出血后,由于血块压迫颅内神经和引起高压,导致患者出现意识障碍和咽喉肌群瘫痪,多个脏器功能的损伤,导致患者引发肺部的感染,感染进一步加重患者脑出血病情[2]。
