摘要
中医药信息标准化是中医药信息化的前提和基础,2015年国家财政拨付专项资金1000万支持101项中医药信息标准项目。本文介绍了101项中医药信息标准项目建设目标与原则,分析了101项中医药信息标准项目的总体概况,从标准的专业性质和业务领域两个层面分析其框架结构,阐述101项中医药信息标准项目的组织管理体制、运行机制等,并基于101项中医药信息标准项目的组织管理模式,讨论101项中医药信息标准编制过程中存在的问题,从而提出对中医药信息标准化建设的有关建议和思考。
The standardization of information in TCM is the premise and foundation for TCM informatization. In 2015,the national treasury allocated 10 million special funds to support 101 TCM information standard projects. This article introduces 101 TCM information standard project construction goals and principles, analyzes the overall situation of 101 TCM information standard projects, analyzes its frame structure from two aspects of standard professional nature and business domain, and elaborates 101 TCM information standard project organization management system, operating mechanism. Based on the organization and management model of 101 TCM information standard projects, the 101 TCM information standard preparation process was discussed and problems were raised. Thus, relevant suggestions and considerations on TCM information standardization construction were put forward.
