摘要
目的探讨综合护理对前列腺炎患者的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月前列腺炎患者88例作为研究对象。根据护理方法分组。对照组用常规护理方案,观察组开展综合护理干预。比较两组前列腺炎护理满意度;前列腺炎疾病认知、治疗依从性评分;护理前后患者用症状指数评分表(NIH-CPSI)评分。结果观察组前列腺炎护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组前列腺炎疾病认知、治疗依从性评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组用症状指数评分表(NIH-CPSI)评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在前列腺炎护理中的作用确切,可提高患者疾病认知和治疗依从性,更好改善症状,提高满意度。
Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing for patients with prostatitis. Methods 88 patients with prostatitis from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. Grouped according to the methods of nursing. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. To compare the nursing satisfaction of two groups of prostatitis, the cognition of prostatitis and the compliance score of treatment, and the score of symptom index score（NH-CP） in the patients before and after nursing. Results The satisfaction degree of prostatitis nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differencewas statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of prostatitis disease cognition and treatment compliance in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the symptom score scale（NIH-CPSI） score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing role in prostate care exactly, can be used to improve patients cognitive treatment adherence, and better improve symptoms, improve satisfaction.
