摘要 食品是人类生存最根本的需要,食品安全对消费者的安全有着直接的影响。一旦食品安全出现问题,将会对人体产生巨大的威胁,严重情况下甚至还会导致人出现死亡。究其原因发现,主要是食品中包含较多的微生物食源性致病菌,如芽孢杆菌以及致泻大肠埃希氏菌等,以及大量的农药残留物、化肥残留物等。上述物质对人体的危害性高,因此需对食品进行相关的检测工作,特别是农产品的检测,以期降低农产品残留物对人体的危害。基于此,研究在农产品的相关检测工作中应用色谱检测技术。 Food is the most basic need for human survival. Food safety has a direct correlation with consumer's safety. Once food safety is affected, it will have a great threat to the human body. In severe cases, it may even lead to people death occurred. The reason for this discovery is that foods contain mainly microbial pathogens such as bacillus and diarrheal Escherichia coli and there are a large number of pesticide residues and chemical fertilizer residues. The above-mentioned substances are highly harmful to the human body, so it is necessary to carry out relevant inspections on foods, especially the detection of agricultural products to reduce the damage and damage to the human body from residues of agricultural products. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the application of chromatographic detection technology in the related detection of agricultural products. A detailed review follows.
