摘要
目的分析与研究综合护理在腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年12月期间在我院接受治疗的80例腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。给予对照组患者常规护理,对观察组患者采用综合护理,对比两组研究对象的护理满意率以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意率90.0%明显高于对照组的72.5%,观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理不仅能够有效提高腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者的护理满意率,也能降低患者的不良反应率,促进患者的早日康复。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery. Methods Eighty patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive care. The satisfaction rate of the care and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of 90.0% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（72.5%）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can not only improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery, but also reduce the adverse reaction rate of patients and promote their early recovery.
