摘要
目的分析乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水采用温阳健脾汤的疗效。方法对照组给予腹水穿刺引流、抗病毒及对症治疗,研究组加用温阳健脾汤加减进行治疗。对比两组疗效,治疗前后ALT、ALB、腹围及24 h尿量。结果研究组总有效率为85.71%,显著高于对照组61.90%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前ALT、ALB、腹围及24 h尿量无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后上述指标改善均显著(P<0.05),研究组改善幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水采用温阳健脾汤疗效确切,可显著改善肝功能,遏制腹水产生。
Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with intractable ascites by Wenyang Jianpi Tang. Methods The control group was treated with ascites drainage, antiviral and symptomatic treatment, and the study group was treated with Wenyang Jianpi Tang. Two groups before and after treatment, ALT, ALB, abdominal circumference and 24 h urine volume were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（61.90%）（P 〈 0.05）.The two groups before treatment, ALT, ALB, abdominal circumference and 24 h urine volume showed no significantly difference（P 〉 0.05）,and the above indexes were significantly improved after treatment（P 〈 0.05）,the study group improved significantly better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of HBV refractory ascites with Wenyang Jianpi Tang is effective, which can improve the liver function and prevent the production of ascites.
