摘要
目的了解社区卧床老年患者的压疮风险分级情况和照护者压疮防治认知情况,为后续社区长期卧床老人压疮高危风险的防治与主动干预提供依据。方法选取2016年5—12月198例存在压疮风险的卧床老年患者及其照护者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对患者及家属情况进行分析。结果存在高度、极度压疮风险的卧床老年患者占总人数比例分别为50.5%和8.1%;198名照护者的压疮防治知识问卷调查得分为(5.79±2.48)分。结论社区卧床老年患者的压疮风险程度较高,社区卧床老年患者照护者对压疮防治认知程度较低,需加强干预。
Objective To explore the status of pressure ulcer risk classification of elderly bedridden patients and the cognition of prevention and treatment of their caregivers, which provides basis for future prevention and intervention on bedridden patients with high risk of pressure ulcer in community. MethodsDuring May to December 2016, 198 elderly bedridden patients with data were analyzed. Results Among all the elderly bedridden patients, 50.5% were with a high risk of pressure ulcer, 8.1% were with a extreme high risk. Scores of caregiver cognition questionnaires was（5.79±2.48）. Conclusion Elderly bedridden patients in community are a high risk of pressure ulcer group, caregivers of the elderly are equipped with poor knowledge of prevention, both needing a intensive intervention.
