摘要
副溶血性弧菌是最主要的食源性致病菌,在一些条件下还会引起伤口感染和败血症。该菌发现将近70年,其感染传播的主要血清型和基因型发生不断的变化。作为引起食源性腹泻最多的病原菌,为了保证能够准确的对其进行甄别和监测,许多新的分子诊断,鉴别检测技术被不断开发。文章将对副溶血性弧菌的发现简史,引起的主要疾病、流行感染状况和主要菌型以及分子检测常用技术进行综述。
Vibrio parahaemolyticus has been recognized as one of the most important food borne pathogens, and can also cause wound infection and septicemia in the certain conditions. The pathogenic bacterium was found nearly 70 years ago, the main serotype and genotype which caused the infection and pathophoresis have changed continually. In order to discriminate and monitor the bacterium exactly, many new molecular diagnostic methods and detection technologies have been developed. In the article, the history of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the main disease caused by the bacterium, epidemic situation, serovariants distribution and the molecular detection techniques applied on it were reviewed.
